GBA Play is an independent emulator application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nintendo Co., Ltd. or any other game publisher.
References to Game Boy Advance describe the system emulated by the app. They do not imply an official relationship.
2. What is included
GBA Play provides emulation and related tools. No copyrighted commercial ROMs are included with GBA Play. No proprietary Game Boy Advance BIOS is included.
GBA Play does not sell ROMs or provide a ROM-download service. Game artwork and screenshots on this website are illustrative examples. They do not indicate that any game is included or available to download.
3. Your files and patches
Users must provide their own legally obtained game files. Users are responsible for having the legal right to use any ROM, patch, BIOS, save, or other content they choose.
Patching tools are intended for files the user is legally entitled to modify and use. File compatibility and successful patching do not establish a right to use or distribute the resulting content.
4. Trademarks and artwork
Game titles, trademarks, cover artwork, and gameplay screenshots belong to their respective owners. They are displayed for identification and illustrative purposes. Their display does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The website uses the app’s supplied GBA Play logo and control-theme assets. Gameplay images are shown in illustrative GBA Play frames; these compositions are not captures from the app. The branded social card is a promotional illustration.
5. Open-source software
The app uses open-source software, including the mGBA emulator core. These components have separate licenses and notices. See Open-Source Notices for the notices identified in the current Android source.

The legal publisher identity and jurisdiction are pending verification. No company name, registration number, or address is asserted on this page.
